The Bucs/Dolphins game will likely be moved to a different day, time, and location because of Hurricane Irma. Just keep an eye on this situation before starting any WR in this game.

Either Alterraun Verner or Byron Maxwell will be going up against Mike Evans, so Desean Jackson should see a lot of 2nd-year CB Xavien Howard. Howard was injured for most of his rookie season, and has had a solid camp, but he’s not going to be able to keep up with Desean Jackson’s speed. In the time Howard did play, he wasn’t great, and Jackson should be able to exploit his inexperience and create some big plays. The Dolphins were 8th in fantasy points allowed to WRs last year, and safeties are going to have to make some major decisions between Evans and Jackson. Once they move over to Evans side, Jackson will be able to do some damage. Dolphins’ free safety Nate Allen is a liability, so I like the chances of Jackson getting open past the defense. Jameis Winston has the arm to do it, and loves chucking it deep. Jackson isn’t the best play in PPR leagues, but he’s a great option in standard as long as you have players with solid floors to play alongside him.
