This is excellent news for the rookie quarterback and his fantasy managers alike. Richardson is averaging 19 points per game through essentially five quarters of play, as he was on his way to a monstrous fantasy day in Week 2 after he ran in two touchdowns but was then injured partway through the first half. That’s via three rushing touchdowns in two games, but he’s also proven that he can get the ball to his best receivers in the receiving game, as well (Michael Pittman is far exceeding expectations because of this). Richardson has the look of a matchup-proof fantasy QB1 when he’s healthy despite dealing with injuries through the first three weeks of the season, and he should be back in fantasy lineups this week against the Rams.
