With Jonathan Taylor sidelined until at least Week 5, the Colts will rely on a rotation between Deon Jackson, Evan Hull, and Zack Moss whenever he returns from injury. While Moss was originally projected to take on the lead role in the backfield in Taylor’s absence, it’s unlikely that he maintains a stranglehold on the majority of work in Indy even once he’s back in the lineup. No Colts RB is likely to finish as anything higher than an RB2 in the time that Taylor misses, and for that reason, should not be chased in drafts as temporary potential stars.
