Cooper Kupp Can’t Be Stopped

Cooper Kupp dominated from the get, and no team could figure out how to stop him.

He averaged 8.5 catches, 115 receiving yards, and a TD per game during the regular season.

He averaged 8.25 catches, 119.5 receiving yards, and 1.5 TDs per game during the playoffs.

Kupp is an amazing player, but Sean McVay’s play design to keep things new for him and opposing defenses all season has to be credited in a big way. His way of scheming WRs open has been second to none over the last few seasons.

It’s really tough to double-team slot WRs, but when teams have tried to take him out, it’s been close to impossible.

Out of the 21 games Kupp has played this full season, he’s only had TWO GAMES under 92 receiving yards. INSANE.

Considering Robert Woods’ ACL tear, and the Rams fearing a potential ACL re-tear for OBJ, the hope is that the Rams can put another legit weapon around Kupp next season.

Regardless, McVay’s scheming WRs open has been second to none over the last few seasons, so Kupp will likely be able to have another monster season with whoever is in that group.
