With Collins out, expect WRs Tank Dell and Noah Brown – who led all of Houston’s pass catchers in scoring last week even with Collins in the lineup – to get increased run in the passing game. While it’s unlikely that Stroud follows up his 470-yard, 5-TD performance with another of that nature against a relatively stout Bengals defense, Stroud’s weekly upside remains as high as any fantasy quarterback’s moving forward. That gives Dell and Noah Brown obvious WR3 appeal with potential high WR2 upside this week, and both can confidently be placed into lineups this week in what could be one of the most competitive games of the week. While Collins is missing this game, he was able to log limited practices during the week, suggesting that this is not a long-term injury and is something he has a solid chance to return from in Week 11.
