Hill was en route to another solid fantasy outing before he was ruled out with what appeared to be a serious knee injury. A collision between a Rams defender’s helmet and his knee required him to be carted off the field, and barring a diagnosis of a bone bruise or a similar minor injury, fantasy managers should be prepared to move forward the rest of the way without Hill’s services should he ultimately be ruled out for the year. Before exiting, Hill led the team in receptions with 5 and also handled five carries to finish with 9.7 PPR points on the day. With Hill out, TEs Juwan Johnson and Foster Moreau can be expected to take on larger roles in the passing offense – especially since the Saints are already dangerously thin at WR at this point in the year. RB Alvin Kamara is now officially the last cylinder left firing in the Saints’ offensive engine, and he can be expected to rank among the league’s best fantasy RBs the rest of the way. Should Hill be ruled out for an extended time, fantasy managers will have their weekly start/sit decision-making a bit easier without the volatility of Hill’s production in their rolodex of choices.
